  • 1.  problème d'appliquer la ligne de commande pour arrèter le client Symantec 12.1.5

    Bonjour;

    J’essaie de taper au niveau la ligne de commande Smc -Stop, pour arrêter le service Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.5; mais la commande ne fonctionne pas

    S.V.P, comment je peux arrêter le service  SEP 12.1.5

    Should be smc -stop, this is the correct syntax. Are you getting an error?? Is our password protected?

    non j'ai pas reçus un message d'erreur , juste quans je vérifier je trouve que Symantec n'est pas arrèter

    smc -stop should work, this is the correct syntax. Facing issue while running command locally?

    Check the SEP client system log. Otherwise reboot the box and try again

    There was a change in client architecture in SEP 12.1.5, but as the others say smc.exe is still working. See this article:

    The Symantec Management Client (smc.exe) service is no longer listed in Windows Services

    However, in my environment smc.exe -stop only works if the client GUI is not active.
