  • 1.  Problems with AD Credentials

    I have just installed ServiceDesk 7.1 and am working on understanding some or the less well documented features.  Two of these are the "Reset Password" and "request Access to Network Share" service requests.  I seem to be having a problem setting up my Active Directory credentials correctly in the Credential Manager as both of these Workflows fail with a "There is no such object on the server." error message.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

    I have found my problem.  The domain name must be fully qualified not just the netbios name and must not include the server name.
