Problems with ADK

Help very much appreciated on this...

I work for a company that is currently upgrading there PGP client from 9.6 to 10.3 , we have created a new ADK key and added it to the Universal server so for all new users the ADK gets added fine but for existing users we need to manually change their current ADK key to the new one. This is proving very difficult, when logged in as the user they have no way of manually changing their ADK to the new one , the options are greyed out to remove and add. Is there an easier way of doing this rather than deleting the user from the server and enrolling starting from scratch ?

We have tried using the replaceADK.exe but when that rund we just get 'bad parameters'

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

which version of universal server are you running? there have been signifigant enhancements on how PGP Universal server handles ADKs in 3.0 and 3.1.

we are using 3.0.2 universal server, you think we should upgrade to 3.1 ?
