  • 1.  Problems with Adobe Flash APSB14-13 (Version 13.0.0.206)

    Trying to roll out the latest version of Adobe Flash APSB14-13 (Version 13.0.0.206) the MSI for Internet Explorer and getting and install error on the client. When I trace it back to the package server, from what I can tell, it did not proplery download the latest version flash to upgrade the clients to. You can see from this screenshot that this is the older version of flash 13.0.0.182 and not 13.0.0.206. How do you go and try to update it to the correct version?

    Yes, padawan.  This is an issue I am seeing as well.  I have opened a case and they said that we were at least the third client to call in for this exact issue.  Seeing as the patch has been out approximatley 48 hours, it is definatley broken.  Here is to getting a fix ASAP!

    Hello,

    What version of Patch Management Solution are you using?
    Probably you are observing known issue described in http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH204008.

    Roman thanks for your help on this, after contacting support they gave us this workaround, which did work:
