Restart the service of agent and see.

Restart service of agent and check widows firewall services is stop or no.
Agree with Sachin, Check the firewall service is disable or not. Disable it and restart the agent service.
I had a similar issue and it was resolved with opening our network firewalls that were blocking the traffic.
