From the KB 44031 provided by Altiris.
I installed the package on my DS server.
This package includes 3 DLL files named altiris-default-6.9.356.x86 x64 and IA64.
When I request an update of the agent through NS or deploy it with the DS, the DLL altiris-default recovered is still 6.9.355.
On my server DS I created a folder "archive" and I moved the 3 default DLL version 6.9.355. I have left in the Altiris Agent dll the default version 6.9.356.
I rely on update the agent through NS and DS always DLL altiris 6.9.355-default, which is deployed.
How can we solve this problem. For information, on the NS console, my collection "The computer with an agent DS must be update" has no result. On my server DS, the official Deployment Solution 6.9.355 is still not 6.9.356.
Currently, I have to manually copy the DLL on whole VISTA workstations.
Could you help me ?
