Problems to get the tape from autoloader

Hi,
I use the Symantec Bkup Exec 12 and my autoloader is a IBM TotalStorage 3573 Tape Library. So, every monday I took the weekly media and leave far away from the company, but I have some problems to get the tape.
When I try to get the tape on the IBM's autoloader
I receive this warning "Magazine Locked by Host System", but when I turn off the backup server I can do it.
Someone knows how I can get the tape without turn off the backup server?

Go to Devices>YourAutoloader and run the unlock command. It will run a job that takes less than 30 seconds, and you should have no problems removing the tape from there.
Run the Unlock Job on Backup Server
If you recive 'Magazine Locked by Host System" then means your backup software lock that device and it will preventing to unlock.
So if you want to unlock, you should run the unlock job on all your Symantec Servers then you can access the tape lib.
