Problems installing remote agent after manual removing Backup Exec 9.1 on Windows 2003 server

I've problems by installing a remote agent on a Windows 2003 server were I manually removed Backup Exec 9.1. The log give this:

Manually installing of the msxml file will not succeed. Please advise !

If the xml installer won't work then this is some sort of microsoft issue.  Here is the link where you could download a new copy of the installer just to make sure it isn't corrupt.

Try just double clicking the msxml6.msi.

Also, was any sort of log create (MSXML6.log)?
