Problems with Protection manager

I have installed Endpoint for the first time, using the standard site as I already use IIS for WSUS and various other features. I also used MS SQL, not that that has much relevance to my problem.

When I enter the Protection Manager, the "Home", "Monitors" and "Reports" pages all say "The website declined to show this page....This website requires you to log in."

I can, however, access the "Policies", "Clients" and "Admin" pages without any problem.

I have changed the security settings on C:\PROGRAM FILES\SYMANTEC to give access to the IUSR account and I've altered IIS settings to Anonymous access but this does not help.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem, but I'm not using MSSQL.
Anyone want to comment on resolution?

Also add the network service to the following Log on as a service; adjust memory quotas for a process; Replace a process level token

De facto when AV does something, it starts jumping up and down, waving its arms, and shouting...

"Hey!  I found a virus!  Look at me!  I'm soooo goooood!"
