Ended up uninstalling Process Manager, deleting & recreating my login in SQL, grating dbo.owner ...

I have having trouble getting Process Manager 7 to connect to AD. Getting error "AD Server name not specified along with username". could someone look at my seetings & tell me if I did it right?

Apparently, neither the setup nor dbtool.exe is populating the Ensemble db with the AD information. I don't know why. I am a domain admin. I changed authentication from Windows Integrated to SQL and back again with no joy.

Ended up uninstalling Process Manager, deleting & recreating my login in SQL, grating dbo.owner rights to the master db, reinstalling Process Manager.
What a pain!
