Process Manager Authentication Issue

When attempting to logon to process manager using the credentials presented on it's logon screen I am unable to logon, and eventually receive the message "...your account has been locked, please contact your administrator to unlock that."  I have followed another threads advice on how to unlock the account in the Ensemble Database, which works, however I am still unable to authenticate with the credentials provided. Obviously the credentials are good if the account get's locked out, so something else must be going on.

When the Symantec software was installed onto the server it was not a domain member, the default account and password was changed from admin@logicbase.com/admin to use a local user account, the Symantec services were also set to use local accounts too.  The server has since been added to the domain and our Symantec Workflow (v7.1) application works fine and interacts with the Active Directory fine too, I just can't seem to logon to process manager through it's web interface.

I can't re-install any software as this is a production server - I need a solution I can implement that doesn't break services, or process manager, or interrupt workflow tasks. Perhaps this is the wrong tool but I think that I need this access to give me options to purge Workflow tasks from our Ensemble database as it is growing pretty quickly.

    Any suggestions?
