Process Manager Error
I am hoping someone has see this error before or knows what might be causing it. Allot of our workers are getting this "Process Manager Error. Failed to Load Viewstate" message (see attached screenshot). This seems to be happening after a user has reassigned the ticket to themselves, let's the ticket autorefreshes and then tries to "Post Time" on the incident. Any thoughts or ideas on this issue would be a big help. Thanks!
