Process Report: Ticket #

I am trying to build a custom report but I can't quite figure out how to add the Ticket # so it links back to the process view like it does in the Process Viewer report. I noticed that Ticket # is just a different title for Report Process ID but when I do that in my custom report it doesn't create a link. How do I make it link?

Hi

You need to add in your custom report this option

"Include Process Action"

This option is not available for SQL Query
