Workflow Soluiton

I'm having an issue getting the Process Reporting to generate the history of the process. In the past it would show the Full Process View with all the details of the process (i.e. contact, assignments, name, description etc.) but now it just shows a basic page with no information. I know that sometimes it takes a while for the process reporting to generate but for some reason it doesn't. However if I publish the workflow and go through the process the process reporting is generated. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

In the Setup Process component, try checking Select Process View Page and specifying the Full Process View Page from the picker.

They're both set that way in the Setup Process component and when published the reporting shows up correctly. This just started happening as before the reporting would generate properly but not sure what has changed. I'm running WF 7.1 and pointing it to the Process Manager in SD 7.1.

A little more details please:

• When published? The full page not showing up happens in debug?
• What exactly do you mean by pointing WF 7.1 to Process Manager in SD 7.1?

When running the workflow in debug the reporting does not generate in the full view and has the plain information in the first screenshot. When I publish the workflow and and run it the report is generated properly and the full view is there with all the information as in the second screenshot. Before I was able to generate the full view reporting properly in debug but for some reason now I can't and I don't recall any changes that were made.

We're in the middle of converting all our workflows to integrate with SD 7.1 so I am pointing WF to the Process Manager in SD 7.1 so that all the tasks (SD or WF) show up in one portal rather than using two Process Managers.

Did you get this working? I am having a similar issue using WF 7.1 SP1. I have set up the Process and Statuses, but NOTHING is showing in the Process Manager for this process!

Not in debug I didn't. It shows up but without any of the details but if I publish it and go through it it works fine.
