Does anyone know if we already have a process template in Workflow that is capable to gather correlated information through the SSIM? I have a project for a strategic customer and need to confirm if it's possible to do that.

This customer needs to correlate all the information around their IT assets and the outputs(ticket in SSIM) must be presented in a central console (SMS). I just need to present the alerts with a minimum information about the correlation, all the deep analysis can be made later through the SSIM, in this point I just need to feed the SMS with SSIM alerts.

Does anyone have already know or saw something like that?
