Processing Attachments/Screenshots via helpdesk inbox

We are testing the automatic processing of emails to generate tickets in helpdesk.  We are currently using 6.0 SP3.  I have done some testing and I can't get attachments to come through when sent in via email.   I saw where screenshots were not working in this version of helpdesk but wasn't sure if anyone came up with a work around.

Are you getting any error messages in the Altiris Log Viewer when you attempt to generate a ticket via an email w/attachment?

What type of attachment

What type of attachments are they?  Have they been defined?
