You could also check out the Iventory Management Service that is part of Veritas Operations Services that may also offer some insights - it's an agentless service that does Host Discovery, Authentication, Deployment Collection and finally generates an Storage Foundation Inventory Report in Microsoft Excel Format.

3 is "SF", 6 is "SF Enterprise".. the fact that it's licensed for Windows Enterprise Edition gets confusing because "Enterprise" is now in there twice.

As for DMP.. I don't know the answer to that.. I will see if I can get a salesperson onto the forum to help you.

In the near term, your best bet is to contact sales assistance, as Kimberly suggested.

- What is the difference between 3 and 6? (i.e., VRTS STORAGE FOUNDATION 5.1 WIN FOR OS TIER ENTERPRISE EDITION STD LIC 5.1 and VRTS STORAGE FOUNDATION ENTERPRISE 5.1 WIN FOR OS TIER ENTERPRISE EDITION STD LIC 5.1)
o The first one is the base offering (i.e,. non-‘Enterprise’ version of SF), while the second is SF Enterprise, which includes MSCS, DMP and Flashsnap

- Also, DMP is said to come with the enterprise edition... so why is there an option for it?
o The DMP, Flashsnap, Volume Replicator and Cluster Manager are Options for the non-‘Enterprise’ SF offerings (e.g., VRTS STORAGE FOUNDATION 5.1 WIN FOR OS TIER STANDARD EDITION STD LIC 5.1)

- Help with the tiers should help me decipher the other products as well
o Storage and Server Automation, High Availability products running on the Microsoft Windows operating system are priced per server, according to the particular edition of Windows that is installed (e.g. Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition, Datacenter Edition) -- not according to the server's processor capacity.

the same with

I need backup different instances of SQL servers and 3 or 4 Exchange servers, when I see this licensing I´m confuse what I need. actually  our NB console its run, and need add this backups (SQL´s & Exchange servers)
