Product not highlighted in symantec installation manager

hi
i installed Symantec Management Platform succuesfully. but when i am going to install any product its not highlighted it showing message Require internet connection for download. I having Internet already still this message showing

Hi
Vikas can you try out exception for altiris in firewall.
i think their may be problem. some times organizations firewall policies could not allow it download.
just check i m not sure with it..
