Products names are not showing in the SIM

  • 1.  Products names are not showing in the SIM

    Hello All,

    We have the server with ITMS 7.1 install but after integrating the Arellia product in the SIM the products names are not showing in the list and

    also in the licensing tab. Please help me to sort out this issue.
