We are transferring data from windows XP to Windows 7 using USMT 4.0. We are using Altiris to run these scripts. As part of this we need to change information in the loadstate script to point to the folder where the scanstate information was captured at.
What we would like to see it a script that pops up a window in Altiris reminding us to change the name before the loadstate script runs.
We have about 2000 computers to run this on, so creating a loadstate job for each computer will not be very effective.
Has anyone ever created something like this in Altiris?
