    there is any way to protect regedit with SEP, I mean that if no way that nothing is changed in regedit?

    You need to use application and device control for that, 

    Use this redymade policy , just modify the registry keys to your need

    Using Application and Device Control to stop registry entries added by a threat or risk

    SEP Apllication and Device control or can be the SEP System Lockdown to help you with your concern in stopping modifying regedit or registry..
