Provisioning a child domain

Hi,

We are having difficulties in provisioning users from a child domain.
I am keen to know what kind of network access / permissions is required by EV Service account inorder to perform provisioning for a child domain.

We get the below error while the provisiong task is run.

Event Category: Exchange Provisioning Task

Computer: EXCHARCH01
Description:
The Exchange mailbox provisioning task could not connect to a domain controller for a domain in the forest. The task cannot process any Active Directory objects from this domain.

Task: Exchange Provisioning Task for RootDomain.COM

Domain: RootDomain.COM

Failed domain: Child

Error code: DsGetDcName() [1355]

Would b great if any could help me on this
