PST exports -limits 600mb

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi

Our customer using

EV -9.0.1

sql 2008

I am exporting one of my archives out to PST files. The export not allows me to export the PST more than 600mb in size.

I had select outlook 97-2002 personal folder files for latest PST support but still the wizard not allow me to export size more than 600mb.

Kindly find the attachment.

You need to upgrade your Enterprise Vault server version :

Personally I'd go for EV 9.0.4 and the 2nd Cumulative Roll-up.. unless you want to go to EV 10...

Should I get any symantec website refrence for this issue It's difficult for me to forward this link to my customer since it was not official symantec site.

Sorry, I can't see it described in the release notes.

Now you know it's fixed though - you could install a later version in your lab, do your own screenshots maybe? I'm not sure how else to help...
