Hi,

Yes, If you have SEP 12.1, you may proceed with installing all features on servers (32 bit / 64 bit). All features including PTP and IPS / NTP are supported on Server OS.

Check with below Articles :

what is the SEP version?
If it is SEP 11 it does not support, else on SEP 12 you can install PTP component.

What is your current SEPM Version

For 11.x Version - Not supported for PTP at Server. You can remove it if Sepm is 11.x.

For 12.x Version - PTP feature is fully supported from SEP 12.1 on Server operating systems.
