   I getting this issue on my File server which having cluster admin only, It's hangging 4-5 times.  I installed updated version of SEPM 11.0.1000.1375, still getting this issue. I installed old SAV 10.1.6.6000 now working fine. I also collected memory logs & send to Microsoft, they are saying "SRTSP.sys, eeCtrl.sys" these  two file are taking lots of time due to this other files are fetting into que & system gets high memory utilization & its hang. I also looged call with Symantec, they will get me on monday. 

 

   I am waiting for Microsoft details on this two  files.
