After I received .cer from Verisign, I then tried to import the .cer back into keystore, I get the above error using this command:-

keytool -import -trustcacerts -file /path/to/ca/ca.cer -alias CA_ALIAS -keystore jssecacerts

I have googled this error but I am 100% sure I am using the correct keystore and alias - what are my next steps as my certificate expires within a few days. Has the process changed with Symantec over the last 2 years ? Should I contact Symantec for assistance ?
