    Vikasj,

If I understand your question correctly, you would like to make the "Submit Incident (Advanced)" process available to more than just the default groups. Is that correct?

If so, you can administer access to the categories and processes in the Service Catalog (which show up under the Submit Request tab) by navigating to Admin > Service Catalog Settings.

In the "Browse Category" tree on the left, select the folder containing the process you want to modify. From here, you may need to modify both the permissions on the category and the permissions on the form.

    1. To modify the category permissions, select the top-most lighting bolt and select "Edit Category" and then select the Permissions tab. Add the "View" permission for the group you want to add, and make sure to click "Add" then "Save."

    2. To modify the form permissions, select the lighting bolt next to the form and select "Edit Form" and then the Permissions tab. Perform the same operation as above.

When you log in with a user who is a member of the group you gave permission to, you should be able to see the ServiceDesk category and the Submit Incident (Advanced) process.

    Hope that helps!
