Purchase Order field for Asset 7.1

I'm trying to create a template for Viewing and Creating assets and I cannot find a field for adding Purchase Orders (I do not want to just include this information in the all purpose "Comment" field).

Under the Asset Resource Type -> Data Classes -> Accounting Information I do not find anything for Purchase Orders. Any idea where I can find this field to include in the template?

You can use the data classes

You can use the data classes that Abhishek has explained.

Another option would be to create a custom Association under

Settings---> Notification Server---> Resource and Data Class Settings---> Resource Associations

then use this association to show the purchase orders.

Hello, Purchase order

Hello,

Purchase order specific data classes you will observe on

Settings---> Notification Server---> Resource and Data Class Settings---> Data Classes ---> Procurement Data Classes

You will find purchase order resource type on

Settings---> Notification Server---> Resource and Data Class Settings--->Resource Types--->Procurement Types
