No oracle agent it looks like.  You could always have the DBA's create a flat-file backup on a schedule and grab that.  Not ideal, but it's what seems to be available now.  Talk to your sales rep about upcoming features- I haven't seen a roadmap in a while (and I don't have remote Oracle to worry about so I might not pay attention to that part if I did see it) but maybe they are thinking about it.  Or maybe you could get them to.  They do listen to the customers, and if there is demand they're pretty good about getting those things on the list.
