Hi

I have 2 networks: 

Backup Network  and External Network
 
10 Gb Interface for backup network where I use PDDO with Netbackup.
SPA was installed on the FQDN of Backup Network.

1Gb Interface for External Network I want to use for Source dedublication but,  when attempting to install PureDisk Agent on remote server and specify external IP of PureDisk.
Agent can not connect to SPA and throwing error  :

 ERROR (4152039104): Network error during webservice call: Error
 ERROR (4152039104): An error occurred while retrieving webservice result.

How is possible to use PureDisk SPA from different  networks ?
