Puredisk 6.6.0.3 - Restart Job Question

I gracefully stopped a job because it was saturating a remote link.  If I select the job and click on "Restart job," is it going to pick up where it left off or simply restart at the beginning?  Could I have throttled back the job on the fly?

Thanks,
Randy

Hi

It depends how much data was sent. If it managed to import some of the data,  when you restart the Job it wont need to resend that data again (Although it will try, but the Puredisk SPA will work out it allready has the data).

As for throttling on the fly, this cant be done as far as I am aware through Puredisk. You can set it to only use a certain amount of bandwidth but only before you start the job.

Regards
