PureDisk backup job more than 6 hours

Hello all, I have got error while perform the PureDisk DR backup, everytime when the DR backup job is longer than 6 hours, for example, if the backup job started at 00:00, it failed at 06:01. Anyone has this experience, thanks

What is the version of
What is the version of Puredisk you are on?
How are taking a DR backup (to netbackup or else)
WHat is the error that you are getting..
Disable the TCPIP Offload Engine, both on the NIC and in the OS.
I Don't remember the technote number but, Google "offload engine symantec" and you are pretty close.
(helped me fix a DR backup issue that repeatibly failed after exactly 6 hours).
As we all are part of the product, we're in here to improve it.
