Push agent by IP/FQDN instead of NetBios name

I am interested in configuring the Altiris installation to identify the computers on my network by IP/FQDN. Currently the agent is trying to push the installation file by NetBios name, and the network path can not be resolved.

Does anyone know how I would be able to configure this?

got a work around...

i added the domain DNS suffix to the server TCP/IP settings so now i can push agents with NetBios name.

but if any one know better fix for this, please let me know!
