Hello All,

I am trying to push the DLO installation to a client using the remote agent wizard in backup exec 12.0.  I have done this before with no problems, but now when I try to connect to this client with my credintials, it says "Access Denied".  I am a Domain Admin and I know I have to that machine, I checked.  Any Ideas?  Cloud it be a software firewall?

Thanks,

It could be an issue of the client's firewall..either disable the firewall or add an exception to trust the beremote.exe process & run the push install again...
Also, enable File & Print Sharing on the client
