I am trying to help my Admin do a little research that the CEO of our company is asking about.  To start off we are in Houston, Texas and from time to time we get these little storms that people call hurricanes, and they can put a damper on business.  We are a company that handles finances for about 15 hospitals across the country, so we can't afford to be down.  We got Ghost about a year ago and are still trying to figure all the functions out.

I have been tasked to find out if there is a way to push an ISO image from our network to an outside network.

Our machines are all Dell PC's.  A mix of Optiplex 390,3010 and 3020's.  Our main internet connection is provided through L3 and if an emergancy arose we would be trying to push to a Comcast commercial network.

    JWPerry,

I assume by ISO you are refering to the ISO that is created from the Boot Disk Creator. You would use this file to create a bootable disc?

If this is the case, you could use FTP to transfer this file between different locations.

Or you can install a PXE server on each of your remote locations and then request that your agents at those locations PXE boot to the automation environment.   This would bee the ghost boot environment.    It is a WIM file that is delivered simular to the WIM that could be placed on a usb boot disk or a ISO and burned to a CD.

It may be good to confrim the desired outcome before going to far.   ISO is just a CD/DVD image file.   It could be a ghost Boot disk and there are multiple ways to boot a system to ghost not just ISO.
