  • 1.  Put all floppy boot disks on one CD

I currently have about 6 different sets of floppy boot disks to connect to my Ghost 8 server (win2003).

Can I put all these floppy disk sets on a single bootable CD? How do i do this? How do I make the CD bootable too?

    Thanks

wow.. 6 different floppy boot disks.. why do you need this many boot disks?
you might be able to use multi menu in dos. but I guess it also depends on your boot floppies.

    Hi,

you can do it by means of:

    1. Multi-boot CD. You can make this CD with this wizard => http://bootcd.narod.ru/index_e.htm. I have used it already 2 years successfully.

    2. If your purpose is only to support different NICs rather then different boot floppy types then you can use Ghost Multicard Template (in Ghost Boot Wizard).

3.You also can make menu driven DOS 7.1 disk with MS Lanmanager (can be downloaded from MS ftp site).

    Regards,

    Yury

P.S. If you have PXE environment in your network you can make pxe menu file with links to these 6 floppies, then load them over network.
