  • 1.  PXE Boot doesn't work with HP ElitePad 1000 G2

    Our System: Altiris Deployment Server 6.9 (Build 648) SP6, running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1. PXE boot works fine with other hardware, even with Microsoft Surface.

    We try to deploy the HP EliteBook 1000 G2. Network is connected over docking station. Our network supports PXE boot.

    I can choose "Ethernet IPV4" from the pad's Boot Options.

    Messages:
    >>Start PXE over IPv4, Press [ESC] to EXIT...
    Station IP address is 172.x.x.x

    Server IP adress is 172.x.x.x
    NBP fiilename is Bstrap\X64\BStrap.efi
    NBP filesize is 25088 Bytes
    Ddonloading NBP file...

    Succeeded to donwnload NBP file

    Now the Symantec Network Boot Service (12.0.0.4570) is starting. Client MAC address, Client IP, DHCP IP, Proxy IP and Gateway IP is displayed correctly,

    Message:
    PXE-E07: Network device error
