This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hope this is the right spot.  I successfully created a pxe boot image through ghost, got my pxe server up and running, and i've tested ghost operations.  No problems.  Now that i've got my "official" boot image, i want to take the other boot image names off the boot menu and I can't figure out how to do that.  So once im in the pxe boot menu, i just want to see "Official Boot Image" not Test1, Test2, Test3, Official Boot Image, etc.  How do i get rid of the old entries?

Thanks

Dont forget timezone differences - we are in New Zealand.

The simplest way I'd say is to go to TFTP folder. Under boot folder you'll find BCD and other files, including bunch of test.wims. Delete all WIM files and BCD file and create new config "official boot image" once more from Ghost boot wizard.

Cheers.
