PXE-E52 - No DHCP

When I try to PXE boot my laptops I get a PXE-E52 error. Proxy dhcp offers received. No Dhcp offers received.
I checked my PXE server and it seems to be operating correclty. In fact, my desktop computers PXE fine, Ive even tested them side by side, and tried swapping the network cables. No luck, laptop still gets the error, desktop boots fine.
The laptops are new, I've double and triple checked the NIC settings. I even tried some brand new ones I just imaged last week, off teh same VLAN/PXE. They worked fine then
Any ideas?

Has anything changed on your network at all? Are they all the same model laptop or have the same NIC?
Found it - I should have known to check - Scope was full.
