This issue has been solved. See solution.

Environment

Veritas NetbackupOS win2003 R2
Veritas Netbackup Server version is 6.5
Veritas Netbackup Server is also the DHCP Server

I am facing the below errors while booting to restore the BMR backup

PXE-E74 : Bad or missing PXE menu and/or prompt information
PXE-E55 : ProxyDHCP service did not reply to the request on port

I also tried the below link but i have not found any success. even though the below link is also informative

Resolution

I remove the SRT and created a new SRT and my problem is resolved

Note:-Also see the PXE related services in the Administrative Tool-->Services, They must be started
