PXE Manager not Connected with DS

I'm having this issue when trying to start up the PXE Manager and get an error stating "The PXE Manager Service has not connected with the DS server yet".
I've looked at KB3724 and KB29527 and there no luck yet. There is also a post on Altirigos with a guy talking about the same thing but no resolution.
I think I may have resolved
I think I may have resolved this by looking in the PXEManager.ini and changing the DataStorePath from a UNC to a regular D: \program files\ect... So far it has worked for me twice.

Can it be that easy? What about the PxeCFGServices error on reboots?
