PXE.INI Corruption?
So I have add issues for years now with the PXE services not restarting automatically after saving changes with the PXE Config Utility. I usually just wait for some time to pass and then manually start the sevices back up. While trouble shooting another issue I had turned on PXE logging and noticed this error in PxeLog_CfgHelper.txt:
E [18:18:31 01/03] (21580): StartRelatedServices: Unable to Start service ý~
E [18:18:35 01/03] (21580): StartRelatedServices: Unable to Start service ý~

E [18:18:35 01/03] (21580): StartRelatedServices: Unable to Start service ý~
E [18:18:35 01/03] (21580): Unable to start services
E [18:18:35 01/03] (21580): Error type: PCS_ERR_INTERNAL_FAILURE
I then looked at my PXE.INI file and saw this setting...
PxeServices="ý~"
That didn't look right so I searched the KBs and found this article but it didn't resolve this issue the PxeServices value would keep change back to the "y" thing. http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH41142
I also tried stopping all the services and then deleting the PXE.INI file but that didn't resolve the issue also. It would create a PXE.ini.tmp file with the same "y" setting.
Any ideas on what else I could try? It would be nice to finally get this issue resolved.

PXE.ini seems to be in use by
PXE.ini seems to be in use by a service. Stop the services and delete del pxe.ini and the pxe.ini.temp then restart the services.
pxe.ini will be re-created
pxe.ini will be re-created from your PXE settings in config utility (from pxemanager.ini so check that file as well), when services are started. That usually fixes the issue, if not I would suggest you contact support.
