In Symantec endpoint Protection 11.0, why doesn't support proactive threat protection support the server and windows xp x64 OS? because of technical problem or simply developer's will?

I believe it has to do with Windows new feature for the kernel, PatchGuard.

Due to Patch Guard, Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 does not have poller keylogger detections on 64-bit platforms

    Hi Redcolour,

An excellent question--- please add your weight to the Idea (Enhancement Request) that is corresponding: Support Truscan on Windows Server OSes (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/idea/support-truscan-windows-server-oses)

There are many more excellent suggestions from members of the community- if time allows, please vote for or against any other Ideas which you feel would improve SEP.

    Thanks and best regards,
