So in Windows, in the Device

So in Windows, in the Device Manager, you can see the device, and with BE installed on that same server you cant?

There is an online portal, save yourself the long hold times. Create ticket online, then call in with ticket # in hand :-) http://mysupport.symantec.com "We backup data to restore, we don't backup data just to back it up."

From Tools, Wizards, run

From Tools, Wizards, run Device configuration wizard, from there install device drivers and if it's not shown in BE, reboot server and check again.

If you had some other device in use by that same server, you can remove old entries using Device configuration wizard.
