  • 1.  Quarantin empty but not

    Hi All,
     
    When I look at the quarantine it is empty, but when I look at "server status" it says there are items in there under "Number of items in quarantin:"
     
    In the past there have been items in there but not anymore.  Any ideas anyone?

    It does however send me notification emails like this.
     
     

    Subject of the message: Spam:

    The attachment(s) "Message Body" was Quarantined.

    This was done due to the following Symantec Mail Security settings:

    Scan: Auto-Protect

    Rule: Unscannable File Rule

    Ok, I figured this one out.
     
    As you navigate between tabs and items on those tabs I expected them to refresh.  But they dont.
     
    A week later the server status item still had the same number of items and the quarantine was still empty.
     
    It looks like on all except the home tab, which you can see it refresh, you will need to hit the F5 key to refresh the view and see the correct info.
