  • 1.  Quarantine deleted the message because there are no valid recipients.

    Hi,

    We can't see the quarantined mails, i looked at Message Audit Logs and it shows like this;

     

     

    Monday, Feb 13, 2012 07:10:33 PM EET bittrans2000@gmail.com user@mycompany microsoft oem software Spam Modify the subject line,
    Hold message in Spam Quarantine,
    Quarantine deleted the message because there are no valid recipients.

     

    Is this about Directory Integration?

    What can be the reason?

    Can you click on 'ertanyilmaz@metegroup.com' and provide a screen shot of the entire report?

    Greetings,

    It does appear that you have invalid recipients checked for quarantine settings.  This does use Directory Integration(LDAP) to perform look ups on the users.  You can uncheck this setting by selecting Spam, Quarantine settings, and should be the second check-box down.

    Well that's the point, thanks for your support Davis and nathan, now i can see the mails in quarantine.
