Limit the size of quarantine folder.
By default it is 30 days so you canlimit it to a day or fix the size to 50 mb.

Open the SEPM console
Policies
Edit AV/SW Policies
select Quarantine option
on right hand side, select Cleanup tab
there is the option to limit the folder size

the VBN files that you see in Recycler folder is nothing but the 9 mb quarantine files that were deleted.Once you will empty your recycle bin they will be gone.
