Quarantine

You should be able to telnet from the Scanner to port 41025 on the Control Center to send a message directly to quarantine. If you can't do this you probably have some kind of issue.  The BrightmailLog.log file may contain some helpful info, but you might need to contact Support to get some help here.

Hello,

Has the IP of this machine ever been changed? If so, the IP that the quarantine listens on may be incorrect.

Get the bmiconfig.xml and do a search for 41025. There should be an associated IP address. Make sure that this looks correct.

Thanks!
