  • 1.  Quarantine Management

    According to the help guide, I am supposed to be able to manage the files in Quarantine from the Policies Antivirus and Antispam, however, I do not have a Quarantine tab.  Is there something I am missing?  I would like to set a limit on time files spend in Quarantine.

    It states Version 3.0?  The Client shows 12.0.1001.95

    The option is only for SEP 11 Enterprise Edition SEP 12 is stripped form of SEP 11. There are many Administrative features/settings in SEP 11 that are not there in SEP 12

    I guess that explains why I cannot make those changes.  Is there anyway to limit the Quarantine to only keep files for 30 days?

    It should be set to 30 days by default.  The ability to make changes to the quarantine settings is an option that is not available in the Symantec Protection Center.
