  • 1.  Quarantine release issue

    Good day,

    Using Symantec Mail Security version 7.6.1-7

    One Control Center and 2 scanners

    We are unable to release any quarantine message. The error is "Cannot release the message. It has either been released or was unable to contact the SMTP host"

    So I guess we need to set the smtp server address (now directly our Exchange hub server) in the Control Center config... but where? I only have DSN/Time, Proxy and Ethernet tab available.

    I don't want to screw my outbound mail by changing Relay non-local domain mail to use MX lookup as read in another post here.
